Individual therapy
Individual therapy is available for adolescents, young adults, and parents seeking support with emotional wellbeing, relationships, and everyday challenges.
Sessions are trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and relational, with a strong focus on trust, collaboration, and working at your pace.
People often seek therapy for support with:
- Emotion regulation and coping skills
- Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
- School, university, or workplace challenges
- Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
- Experiences of trauma
- Identity, self-worth, and life transitions
Funding and fees
Hillview Wellbeing accepts the following funding options:
- Medicare (for eligible clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan)
- NSW Victims Support Scheme (adolescents and young adults)
- Bupa Open Arms (current and former ADF members and their families)
- Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), including Converge International, Acacia Connection and AccessEAP (please note that EMDR therapy is not available through EAP-funded sessions)
- NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed participants)
- Private clients
Standard consultation fee: $175 for a 50-minute appointment.*
Medicare rebates are available. Eligible clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan may be able to claim a Medicare rebate of $89.50 per eligible session (effective 1 July 2026). For a standard 50-minute consultation, this results in an out-of-pocket cost (gap fee) of $85.50.
Fees for extended appointments and other services are available through the Hillview Wellbeing booking portal.

Professional Supervision For School-Based Social Workers
Jen offers reflective, supportive, and practice-focused supervision for social workers working in school settings.
Supervision provides space to reflect on complex presentations, navigate school systems, and strengthen therapeutic and professional confidence.
Supervision can support you to:
- Reflect on complex student presentations
- Strengthen therapeutic skills with young people
- Explore team dynamics, role clarity, and systems
- Maintain ethical, trauma-informed, strengths-based practice
- Build confidence in wellbeing, risk, and safety planning
Jen’s supervision style is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the realities of school environments, informed by experience within the NSW public school system.
Sessions are $175 for 50 minutes and available face-to-face or online via Zoom.
