About Hillview Wellbeing

Hillview Wellbeing is based in Charlestown, Newcastle, and provides trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapy, group programs, and professional development for adolescents, young adults, families, and those who support them. Our work focuses on practical, strengths-based support that helps people navigate life’s challenges with greater understanding, resilience, and confidence.

Led by Jen Elhindi, Accredited Social Worker and Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Hillview Wellbeing offers a collaborative and supportive approach tailored to each individual’s needs. Jen supports young people, families, and professionals through compassionate, evidence-based care. Her work combines therapy, group programs, skills-building, and training, using a collaborative approach that helps people feel supported and empowered to create meaningful change.

Jen co-facilitates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups for adults aged 18 and over, delivered in partnership with Guided By You Therapy. Groups focus on building practical skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness in a supportive environment.
